A one-shot WCAG scan is not a defense.

You can run axe in your CI. You can buy a one-off audit. But when a lawyer's letter lands and the question is "show due diligence over the past 12 months," you need a continuous, timestamped record. WCAGdesk produces that record — and the accessibility statement to match.

02 How it works

Three things, on a schedule.

No widget. No SDK to install. No legal promises we can't keep. Just a crawler, a rule engine, and a record.

SCAN

Crawl & analyze

Headless Chromium follows your sitemap.xml or samples your shop. Every page runs against axe-core 4.11 with full WCAG 2.1 AA tags. You see exactly which rule fires on which selector.

RECORD

Store & diff

Every run is kept. Severity is weighted. Regressions surface against the prior baseline, so you know what your last deploy broke before your customers do.

DEFEND

Statement on demand

Generate the EU-mandated accessibility statement quarterly, prefilled from the latest scan. Export the audit trail as PDF. Hand it to legal when you need to.

03 Pricing

Anchored on the cost of one warning letter.

A single BFSG violation in Germany caps at €7,500. We price below that — by a lot — because the goal is monitoring you keep paying for, not a one-time scare.

04 What we don't do

Four honest disclaimers.

We don't auto-fix. Automated overlays got AccessiBe a $1M FTC fine. We're not that. WCAGdesk reports issues; your team fixes them.

We don't catch everything. axe-core finds roughly 30–40% of WCAG issues. Manual review by an accessibility expert is still required for full compliance. We tell you this on day one.

We don't promise legal immunity. No tool can. What we provide is a defensible record of continuous due diligence — the artifact your lawyer needs.

We don't serve every site. Microenterprises (<10 staff and <€2M revenue) are exempt from EAA service requirements and probably don't need this. Our ICP is EU ecommerce, 10–200 staff, $2M–$50M revenue.
